When you use mintyPoint, you voluntarily share certain information.

- Account information: When you sign up for an account, we collect information like your email address, password, name and username. Optionally (if you add this information to your profile) we collect gender, birthday, country of residence, city, your interests and photos. If you sign up through Google, we’ll collect your email from them that you authorize.

- User content: All comments and messages you enter or otherwise transmit to us when you use mintyPoint. The URLs you visit while logged-in into mintyPoint and the extension is enabled.

- Cookie information: We use cookies to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide and protect our service.
We retain user data for as long as necessary to provide our products to you. You can have your information deleted by contacting our support via email at support@mintypoint.com
mintyPoint shall take all necessary actions and implement rules and technical measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized processing, alteration, and forgery. Notwithstanding the above, we shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to or loss of your personal data beyond our control.

Terms of Use
Users are forbidden to:
- - Reverse engineer the software, use it for harassment, send spam or use for any other illegal activity.
- - Infringe on copyright in the posted comments and used images.
- - Send illegal messages.
- - Post illegal comments and/or illegal images.
Images terms:
- - You must be the owner of the image (own the copyright to the image).
- - Disturbing images are forbidden.
- - Full or partial nudity is forbidden.
- - Images of non-adult humans are forbidden.
- - If the image contains faces, it must only contain 1 visible face of an obviously adult human.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. The entire risk of as to the quality and performance of the program is with you. In no event unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing we will be liable to any party for damages, including any general, special, incidental or consequencial damages arising out of the use or inability to use the program.
